Abu Sofian is a global leadership consultant and public speaking coach who helps professionals find their value and communicate this value to others.

He does this by teaching professionals his signature programmes, ‘Goldmine In You’ leadership method and ‘Speaking for Impact: How To Speak So People Listen’ method to get your point across effectively.

To date, his past clients include CEOs & Directors from 7-figure companies, auditors from one of the ‘big 4’ consulting firms in South Africa and sales professionals in the top hospitality brands, among others.

For the past 10 years, he has organised events, movie screenings, art residencies & concerts in a UNESCO World Heritage Site, served heads-of-states and embassies and also helped organise mental health & spirituality conferences with international scholars & professionals.

A Project Management Professional, he leads over 1300 police officers as their Head Manpower and the team clinched the Best National Service Unit Award in 2022. Through guidance from his mentors, he has helped raise over USD$170,000 to build a hospital in Senegal.

His notable media features include being on Vietnamese media for leadership talks, Southeast Asian Studies academic journals on volunteerism and the Senegalese media for humanitarian work.

In his personal time, he volunteers with Sout Ilaahi, an events management company which aims to connect Muslims in Singapore with traditional scholars who are well-versed both in traditional sciences and contemporary social issues such as depression, stress management, loneliness, and anxiety.
