Meet Your Trainer - Jit Puru
Jit Puru is a professional speaker, author, and the founder and host of The Ideas & Inspiration Podcast, Singapore’s most subscribed self-development YouTube channel with over 670,000 subscribers.
Drawing from his own journey of growth and personal development, Jit has dedicated his career to inspiring individuals worldwide to overcome challenges and live a more fulfilling life.
His first self-help book, You Deserve Happiness, was published in 2016, and he is currently working on two more books.

Entry Requirements
✅ Have good English proficiency. Please refer to the table for acceptable alternatives.
✅ Possess basic information and communication technology (ICT) skills.
✅ Be able to source and analyse relevant materials for the design and development of learning resources.
✅ Have the desire or aspiration to be a speaker in their niche.
Fees & Funding
The programme will be conducted in a comfortable, conducive environment. The class size is limited to a maximum of 10 participants to enable personalized attention and an interactive atmosphere.

For TTF 2025, we’re proud to present this 5-week programme on mastering public speaking, a valuable skill to have in your tool belt as a freelancer.
That’s why we are so excited to bring The Ideas & Inspiration Speaker Readiness Programme to you.
Speaker Readiness Programme is a 6-week programme from July to August 2025.
The program will be held in a comfortable and well-equipped environment that is conducive to learning. The class size is intentionally limited to no more than 10 participants in order to ensure personalized attention and an interactive, engaging atmosphere.
This smaller class size allows the trainer to provide more individualized support and feedback to each participant throughout the duration of the program.

The programme fee is non-refundable and cannot be returned or reimbursed once paid, regardless of whether the participant attends the program or not.
For the whole 5-week programme, you must achieve at least 75% attendance, and successfully attain a ‘Competent’ (C) grading for the final presentation.
There will be no replacement or make-up lesson for learners who have missed a session.
If you fall short of the 75% attendance requirement in a module, you will not be allowed to do the final presentation.
You will receive an e-copy of Speaker Readiness Programme certification on the last day of the programme.
Speaker Readiness Programme Certification is recognised under TFA’s Programme and training providers who are in partnership with TFA.
You will get access to our internal and external partners for more training opportunities and meet like-minded speakers to further enhance your speaking skills.
